项目摘要

新型コロナウィルス感染症の感染状況が小康状態になったため、今年度は海外での調査を重点的に行った。まず、本研究課題において核となっている「母語を基礎とした多言語教育（MTB-MLE」という教育モデルの東南アジアでの展開状況を調べるために、同モデルの推進の中枢である国連科学文化機関（ユネスコ）・アジア太平洋教育局にて半年間の調査兼インターンシップを行った（2022年5月～10月）。この長期滞在で得られた知見は、2023年3月に所属の大学から発行される紀要論文としてまとめた。また、研究対象国である東ティモールへの実地調査にも2回実施し（2022年11月および2023年2月）、本研究において欠かすことができない現地でのデータ収集を行うことができた。この調査の成果は、論文としてまとめ、2023年度に『比較教育学研究』等へ投稿予定である。また論文執筆にあたっては、あらゆる批判に耐えうる質の高いものとするために、2023年に国内外の学会にて発表予定である。具体的に国内学会は、国際開発学会第24回春季大会（6月3日）と日本比較教育学会第59回全国大会（6月17日～18日、24日～25日）、国際学会では“2023 TLSA Research Conference”（7月12日～14日）と“The 7th International Conference on Language and Education”（10月3日～5日）の計4件の口頭発表を予定している。さらに、前年の研究進捗において未達成であった、ユネスコの母語教育に関する英語論文は、"Asia Pacific Journal of Education"へ投稿済みで、現在査読中である。新型コロナウィルスの感染状況を受けた特例により、特別研究員を6か月間延長していただいたため、研究成果を学会発表や論文投稿のための時間に充当する予定であり、延長により本研究課題の完遂の目途が立っている状況である。

The infection status of the new type of infectious disease is in a well-off state, and this year's overseas investigation is a key issue. This research topic is titled "Mother Tongue Foundation and Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE)" and "Research on the Development of Multilingual Education in Southeast China". The Center for the Promotion of Multilingual Education in Southeast China (MTB-MLE) and the Pacific Education Bureau conducted a semi-annual survey and research (May to October, 2022). The long-term delay in the implementation of the report, March 2023, the university to which it belongs. In addition, two real-time surveys have been carried out in the study target countries (November 2022 and February 2023), so it is possible to conduct data collection on the spot for this study. The results of this research, papers and papers will be submitted in 2023 for comparative education research. In 2023, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences will publish a report on the quality of the paper. Specifically, four oral presentations were scheduled for the 24th Spring Conference of the National Society for Development (June 3), the 59th National Conference of the Japanese Comparative Education Society (June 17 - 18, 24 - 25), and the 2023 TLSA Research Conference of the International Society (July 12 - 14) and The 7th International Conference on Language and Education (October 3 - 5). In the past year, the research progress has not been achieved, and the English papers related to mother tongue education have been submitted to the "Asia Pacific Journal of Education". The infection status of the new type of research project is subject to special cases, special researchers are extended for 6 months, the research results are published by the society, and the time for paper submission is determined.
