今年度も引き続き、インド北東部ナガランド州南部に居住する、モンゴロイド系山岳民族チャケサン・ナガのポリフォニックな伝統歌唱文化を中心に研究を推進した。研究開始時から２年間はコロナ禍でインドでの渡航が叶わなかったが、今年度はインド北東部での現地調査が可能となった。そこで、2022年４月と2022年９月の２回にわたって、現地研究者ヴェサト・テルオ氏（インド・ナガランド芸術大学）と共同でナガランド州ペク県にある農村４箇所において現地調査を実施し、村人の協力のもとで数々の歌唱場面を撮影して映像資料として蓄積することができた。また、ナガの民謡におけるポリフォニックな音楽構造や歌詞のレパートリー、ナガの農村社会で伝承されている歌の機能と彼らの協働性や環境との相関性に関する論考が、国際伝統ポリフォニー学会（International Research Center for Traditional Polyphony）の国際学術誌に単著論文として掲載された。その他、チャケサン・ナガのポリフォニー民謡「リ」に関して、共同研究者の在籍する現地の芸術大学において大学生や一般を対象としたワークショップを開催し、若者世代への地域の伝統歌唱への興味や関心、普及の活動も精力的に行なった。日本国内では、『キリスト教文化事典』への事典項目「インドのキリスト教音楽」の執筆や、月刊誌において本研究に関連する記事が2件掲載され、南アジアの共同セミナーにおいても研究成果について１件の口頭発表を行った。
