项目摘要

本研究の目的は、英語問診の様子を録画した動画を視聴しながら、評価者がパフォーマンス評価をルーブリックを用いて、評価判断をする際に注目する項目で「定量的かつ客観的に観察可能な要素」を抽出し、それを可視化して数値化することである。さらに数値化できた項目をレベル調整して再現するキャリブレーション用の動画を作成することも目指している。コロナ禍で新規データ収集が実施困難になったため、現在研究の中心は過去の撮りためてあった動画アーカイブの中から条件にあてはまる動画を見つけ出し、別角度から解析する方法で行なっている。2020年度は、英語問診の動画音声の文字起こしをして英語コミュニケーション力を定量的に分析し、2021年度は動画の映像情報から、共感を表すアイコンタクトの総量や頻度などを数値化して解析した。2022年度の研究では，医師役の学生が英語で問診をしていく際にどれだけ質問を掘り下げていくことができたかという質問力(SOQ: Sequence of Questions)を、英語問診練習中に録画された動画音声の文字起こしをし、会話のやりとりをスレッド式に表示して解析することで質問を掘り下げていく様子を可視化した。また患者から聞き取った情報一つ一つに印をつけて数えていくことで情報収集量を数値化する方法も試みた。こうした数値をパフォーマン評価のレベル別の数値目標に設定し、最終的にはそれを組み込んだキャリブレーション動画を撮影することを目標にしている。

The purpose of this study is to extract, visualize and quantify the quantitative factors that may be observed during the evaluation of English inquiry. The number of items in the list is adjusted to the number of items in the list. In 2020, the text of the animated sound of English inquiry was analyzed quantitatively. In 2021, the video information of English inquiry was analyzed quantitatively.
