本研究課題は、日本中世史研究の基本史料の一つ、佐藤進一他編『中世法制史料集』全７巻（岩波書店）のいわば増補版に相当するものを、東京大学史料編纂所のデータベースシステム上で作成し、日本中世の法制史料を高度研究資源化することを第一の目的としている。本史料のデータベース公開が実現すれば、文字列検索や関連史料との相互参照による同書の活用の便宜が格段に向上し、学界における今後の研究の進展に大きく寄与することが期待される。2022年度は、過去２年間に行った『中世法制史料集』第６巻のフルテキスト入力データを、謝金雇用者の補助をえて校正し、史料編纂所のデータベースシステムに登録し公開する予定であったが、データベースシステム登録に必要な改修の問題、データ校正の未了の二つの理由から次年度に延期した。本研究のもう一つの目的は、法制史料の高度研究資源化を通した、日本中世における法制史料のあり方の再検討である。本年度には、コロナ新型ウィルス感染症の影響から予定した史料調査を十分に実施できなかったが、薬師寺の史料調査において、近世・近代にまでわたる同寺史料について大きな知見を得た。また前年度につづき、本研究計画と密接に関連する武家家法（戦国法）に関する研究を進めた。これは本来本研究計画の終了後に行う予定であったが、新型コロナウィルス感染症により、予定していた公家法・公家家法・寺社法の史料調査が実施できない状況に鑑み、計画を一部変更し先行して進めたものである。本年度は、戦国大名伊達氏の分国法「塵芥集」に関する論文と、武家法を中心とする中近世の盗品法に関する論文の新稿２本を執筆した。合わせて、これら２本と既発表の武家家法（戦国法）・室町幕府法に関する論文をまとめた論文集『室町戦国法史論』の刊行準備を進めた。
