本年度は、２件の報告を行い、論考５篇、書評１篇を上梓した。まず、第10回アジア史連絡会（於龍谷大学）にて、「前漢後半期における御史制度の展開―尚書との関係を中心として―」と題する報告を行い、職掌・執務空間の面から御史と尚書の関係について追究し、御史の監察と尚書の人事考課への関与が軌を一にして展開していくことを明らかとした。また、アジア史論壇オンライン研究会にて、「前漢後半期における官僚機構の構造の展開―尚書の展開と三公制の形成を中心として―」と題する報告を行い、前漢後半期には、三公と尚書が人事考課を行うシステマチックな人事制度が確立していくこと、そのなかで三公制の形成、尚書の組織整備が進められ、両者は密接に関係することを述べ、前漢後半期における官僚機構の構造と展開について、明らかにした。また、論考5篇は、監察制度に関するものである。いずれも前漢後半期における官僚機構の展開戸の関連を明らかとした。それにより、御史が理念上皇帝と一体化した存在として活動していたこと、量刑の際、儒学の経典が利用されるようになったが、皇帝の大権として行われるそれらの裁定に御史が関わり、さらに、それらの新たな律令の運用は律令体系の再整理へとつながり、そこでは御史が重要な役割を果たすようになったこと、そのことが御史の監察活動の活発化へとつながったこと、そのような御史の展開と軌を一にして皇帝官房としての尚書が展開していたこと、他方、それに対応して、既存の官僚機構も整備されていき、宰相たる三公と尚書が協同する人事制度が整備されていくことが明らかとなった。また、書評1篇として、「書評：佐藤達郎著『漢六朝時代の制度と文化・社会』を上梓し、今後の制度史研究の方向性についての私見を提示したが、これは本研究の今後の方針と密接に関わるものである。
