前年度末に、知的障害児の日中一時支援施設で博物館出前講座を実施した。これは「“はくぶつかん”のたからものをたのしもう」のテーマで、考古資料の勾玉を教材にしたプログラムである。終了後、参加者に実施したアンケートとヒアリングの調査の結果を分析・考察して、学習教材とプログラム内容の見直しをおこなった。この成果をもとに、特別支援学校の教員グループとの意見交換会も設けて、プログラム全体の検証をおこなった。これと関連して、先進的な取り組みの博物館事例の実地調査を継続して実施した。また、新たな学習教材として、知的障害の児童生徒とその保護者やサポートする人たちに、博物館の利用方法と楽しみ方を伝える映像コンテンツの制作に取り組んだ。その編集作業を現在進めている。さらに、前年度に制作に取り掛かった知的障害特別支援学校やその子どもたちの家庭と博物館をつなぐウェブサイトは、動作検証等を経て、「いんくるん」の名称で開設させるに至った。これは博物館学習情報の発信と知的障害の子どもたちの利用相談の基盤とするもので、その運用を進めるとともに、博物館利用を促す新たな情報や教材のコンテンツを増設して、内容の充実を図っている。また、博物館関係者と知的障害の特別支援教育の関係者10名をモニターに依頼して、このウェブサイトの評価をしてもらい、その検証と見直しを進めているところである。合わせて、博物館関係者と知的障害の児童生徒や関係者の双方に、ウェブサイトの利用を促進するための方策の工夫に取り組んでいる。
