项目摘要

前半は、２０２１年度までに深めた理解に基づき、代表者・分担者の双方がそれぞれの担当分野に関する研究を進めた。すでに入手している一次資料等を参照しつつ、ポルトガルの主要政治主体の対外関係や、政治体制の変化の前提となった事象についてさらなる分析を行った。後半は、８月１日（オンライン型）、１０月２９日（対面型）に会議を開催し、最終成果物となる書籍の執筆箇所の進捗状況に関する報告会を行い、それぞれの報告内容に対してコメントし合った。同時に、書籍の出版に向けた概念の統一化や執筆項目の調整を図った。上記二つの会議の結果を踏まえ、新たな資料の調査を行い、特に１９６０年代前半から１９８０年代中盤に至るまでの時期のポルトガル政治・外交において重要な役割を果たした政治主体のうち、それまでの調査時点ではさほど注意を払っていなかった組織や個人に焦点を当て考察を加えた。３月２０日には東北大学・政治学研究会との共催により公開研究会を開催した。ゲストスピーカーとして網中昭世氏（日本貿易振興機構・アジア経済研究所）を招聘し、「１９５０年代以降のアンゴラ・モザンビークに対する農業入植開発と現代における再開発のリンケージ」を論題とする報告を依頼した。報告およびその後の討論により、本研究と密接な関連性を有する旧ポルトガル領アフリカ植民地諸国（特にアンゴラ、モザンビーク）の歴史に関して理解を深めることができたと同時に、独立後のそれら諸国と旧宗主国ポルトガルの政治・経済関係等に関して議論を行うことができた。
