2021年度までに研究を進めてきた反双対性によるコアの戦略的基礎付けの理論を、マッチング労働市場に応用するための、新しいマッチング労働市場モデルの構築とその分析を実施した。その研究成果を海外の国際学会で発表し、また、査読前論文としてSSRN（Social Science Research Network）上で論文を公開した。具体的な研究概要は以下の通りである。マッチング労働市場の先駆的研究である、Kelso and Crawford (1982, Econometrica 50: 1483-1504)は、各企業が各労働者に給与をオファーするアルゴリズム（以下、給与調整プロセスと呼ぶ）を提唱し、このプロセスのもとでは安定的な企業・労働者間のマッチングを表すコアが必ず存在することを証明した。大石は、富岡淳氏（明星大学准教授）と坂上紳氏（熊本学園大学准教授）とともに、Kelso and Crawfordモデルに民間仲介業者と公共職業安定所を表現する二人の経済エージェントを追加し、各仲介人が企業のかわりに労働者に給与をオファーするアルゴリズム（以下、修正給与調整プロセスと呼ぶ）を提唱した。このアルゴリズムでは、企業が雇用できる労働者の潜在的な集合を各仲介人が設定できる点が、従来の給与調整プロセスと異なる。大石たちは、修正給与調整プロセスのもとでは、仲介料レートがある水準以上ならば、民間仲介業者を通じて高技能労働者たちは高技術企業に、公共職業安定所を通じて低技能労働者たちは低技術企業に、それぞれ雇用されるような仲介労働市場のコアが存在することを証明した。逆に、仲介料レートが当該の水準より低いと、職業安定所を通じて、高技能労働者たちは高技術企業に、低技能労働者たちは低技術企業に雇用されるような仲介労働市場のコアが存在するが、その場合は政府支出がより大きくなってしまうことも証明した。
