项目摘要

今年度は昨年度に引き続き、第一に、『生政治の誕生』におけるフーコーのネオ・リベラリズム分析に関して、その特徴を明らかにするだけでなく、その意義を検討した。また、そこで取り上げられているオルド自由主義やフーコーの影響を受けた文献のサーベイも行った。第二に、ネオ・リベラリズムを分析するマクロ的枠組としての認知資本主義に関してさらに検討を加え、日本経済に関して適用し、近年の日本経済の分析を行った。第三に、ネオ・リベラリズムにおける金融化と金融政策に関連して、非伝統的金融政策までを対象としてポスト・ケインジアンの議論を中心に主流派金融政策論の批判と近年の量的緩和政策などについて検討した。第四に、ネオ・リベラリズム的な政策に対抗する政策として、現代貨幣理論(MMT)に関してもその政策面も含め分析した。成果としては、第一に、「『生政治の誕生』におけるネオ・リベラリズムの起源」という論文を発表した。同じ内容を修正した物を進化経済学会とケインズ学会の部会で報告した。第二に、「コロナ禍の日本経済:ポスト・ケインジアンの視点からのマクロ経済分析」という論文を発表した。第三に、「現代貨幣理論の展開」と言う題で信用理論研究学会2022年度春季大会のシンポジウムで報告を行った。第四に、「ポスト・ケインジアンの金融政策論－インフレーション目標政策から非伝統的金融政策までの評価」という報告を進化経済学会2022年度大会において行った。
