项目摘要

18年度は、「ポストケインジアンの内生的貨幣供結論とケインズの貨幣的経済学」という課題における発展的及び、最終的な部分に重点を置き、研究を行った。具体的には、第一に、内生的貨幣供給論の基本的な枠組みを再検討し、貨幣供給の過程を考察した。また、カルドア、ムーア、レイといった内生的貨幣供給論の初期の著作の議論を再検討し、論点の整理を行った。第二に、内生的貨幣供給論の政策論を展開するために、サーベイを行った。そこでは、17年度に引き続き、ポストケインジアンの積極的財政政策論の一環でもある「最後の雇用者」政策のサーベイを行い、さらに社会福祉政策との接点に関しても簡潔にサーベイを行った。また、金融政策に関しては、主流派の金融政策論のサーベイも行い、批判的検討を行った上で、中央銀行の役割についても検討を行った。第三に、内生的貨幣供結論における金融市場の役割に関して、検討を行った。これは、特に、ポストケインジアンにおける金融不安定性の議論との関係の考察に関わっている。研究の成果としては、第一に、貨幣本質論の領域で、信用貨幣論と表券主義の関係を考察する論文を投稿し、査読による修正の結果、「貨幣・信用・国家-ポスト・ケインズ派の信用貨幣と表券主義-」という題で掲載が決定した。第二に、以前より進行中である博土論文を2007年中の提出を目指し、執筆中である。第三に、「最後の雇用者」政策論のサーベイを中心に、その政策的及び理論的位置付けを検討した論文を作成中であり、「ポストケインジアンの「最後の雇用者(Employer of Last Resort)」政策」という題で、経済理論学会において学会報告を行った。
