本年度は一昨年度来の新型コロナウイルス感染症の世界的な拡大により１および２年度目に行う予定であったフィリピン研究者と共同によるフィリピン地域間産業連関表の構築・改良のためのデータ収集・分析の遅れを取り戻しモデル構築の完了とフィリピンにおけるデータ収集、さらに現地での研究打ち合わせ及びセミナー開催を予定していた。新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大は収まりつつも終息はしておらず、海外渡航は本年度も限定され、訪問のためのスケジュール調整も困難であったため、研究打ち合わせやデータ収集は主にインターネットを通じて行った。両者とも概ねデータ収集は完了し、モデルの構築を行った。同時に当該分野における研究論文収集や関連理論構築のための図書購入などを行い、フィリピン研究者とはインターネットを通じたディスカッションを行った。これらの活動を通じて、共同論文執筆の計画（実務者向けの災害影響分析；産業構造分析の新しい手法の開発とケーススタディ等）を討議し各々の分担を決め執筆・投稿を行っている。この中で研究代表者による「最先端の分析モデルのレビュー論文（A few food models for economic analysis of disasters: can your model handle the truth?）」を国際学術書（Handbook on the Economics of Disasters: Edward Elgar publisher）に発表した。研究代表者は日本側分析や新たな分析手法開発状況の速報を中心に国際学会大会（第12回Integrated Disaster Risk Management国際大会；2022年9月オンライン参加）での研究報告を行った。このような状況であるため、本研究の補助事業延長申請を行い承認された。
