「Ｍ＆Ａ後の被取得事業パフォーマンスのセグメント情報による測定と評価」の研究課題について、引き続き分析を遂行した。データを再取得し、企業のセグメントレベルのパフォーマンスを測定する作業を行った。本来3年間の研究期間の最終年度であったが、研究課題を進展させ、学術論文を完成させるために、1年間の研究期間の延長を申請した。研究成果のアウトリーチという観点もあり、これまでの研究成果について、1編の実務者向けの解説記事を執筆した。
