项目摘要

令和4年度は，キーカテゴリーである創設者シンドローム，アッパーエシュロン，事業承継計画，ガバナンス，組織特性のうち，創設者シンドロームを中心に検討を進めた。事業承継経験のあるNPOへのアンケート調査をもとに検証した結果，非営利組織の事業承継において、創設者シンドローム（創設者が当該組織に及ぼす悪影響）が存在していることが明らかになった。また、組織において分業化が進展していると創設者シンドロームが緩和されることを明らかにすることができた。また，NPOのガバナンス，事業承継計画についてのフィールドワークを実施した。フィールドワークは主として，愛知県知多エリアの住民互助型の福祉NPOにおける事業承継を対象として実施された。また，このフィールドワークに併行する形で，知多エリアの事業承継の特徴を記述するために必要と考えられたスキルとその継承に関する文献，実践共同体に関する文献，パーソナルネットワーク等の人の繋がりの効果に関する文献の検討を行った。これら以外にも，NPOの事業承継に関する更なるレビューを行い，現実の動向との関係から，各論点の精緻化と体系化に向けた準備を進めた。具体的な成果として，令和2年度に実施したアンケート調査結果を活用し，令和3年度に引き続き，記述統計の形で情報を整理し，愛知学院大学経営学部紀要に投稿した。創設者シンドロームを中心とする検討の結果は，『企業家研究』へ投稿し，掲載が認められた。また，フィールドワークの結果については，投稿に向けた準備を進めるとともに，他のエリアでの特徴的な事業承継と比較する形で，学会報告の準備を進めた（令和5年度に日本NPO学会にて報告予定）。また，レビューの成果に基づく考察については，学会での報告を念頭に準備を進めた（令和5年度に組織学会にて報告予定）。
