本研究の目的は、女性の就業とライフコースの地域的形成メカニズムを、地域労働市場とのマッチングおよび家族・コミュニティ状況の両面から量的質的に解明することにある。本研究は、2020年度から2023年度までの4年の研究期間において、次の作業を行う。（研究Ⅰ）オーダーメード集計を利用した全国地域労働市場データベースの構築と分析（研究Ⅱ）近畿圏若年層の地域労働市場へのアクセスとサポートに関する量的質的分析、（研究Ⅲ）近畿圏配偶関係別有子無子別の女性の就業継続と再就業に関する量的質的分析、（研究Ⅳ）近畿圏高齢層の地域労働市場へのアクセスとサポートに関する量的質的分析、　しかしながら2020～2021年度は新型コロナウィルスの拡大に伴って急増した教育業務の負担が収束せず、計画していたエフォートを確保することができなかった。そのため、2022年度は、2020年度、2021年度の計画をスライドして実施するとともに、当初の2022年度計画も一部実施した。具体的には、（１）1990年度以降の「国勢調査」「就業構造基本調査」「賃金統計」に基づく従業地別男女別年齢別産業職業別就業者数に関するデータセットⅠを構築し、（２）国勢調査常住地従業地集計に基づくデータセットⅡを構築している。（３）構築されたデータセットⅠ・Ⅱを用いて、男女別生年コーホート別産業・職業別就業確率を男女別生年コーホート別に計算し、その地域差を分析した。コロナのために延期していた近畿圏２府４県の中位校及び専門高校等への聞き取り調査等、質的調査はさらに2023年度に延期することとした。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the quality of women's employment and the formation of geographical market conditions. This study will be conducted during the 4-year study period from fiscal year 2020 to fiscal year 2023.
