项目摘要

本研究は、発達障害児の地域社会型家族支援システム「ドゥーリア」モデルを構築することを目的としている。研究課題としては、現状分析として、第１にわが国の障害者家族の支援政策の特徴の明確化、第２に発達障害児の家族に対する地域社会における支援実態の明確化、第３に発達障害児の家族のQOL（生活の質）の実態の明確化を設定している。これらの現状分析をふまえ、地域社会型家族支援システムとして有効な「ドゥーリア」モデルの具体的内容を検討する予定である。2022年度は、（1）発達障害児の家族に対する地域社会における支援実態として親の会の分析、（２)障害児家族支援政策の国際比較調査の２点を研究として実施した。(１)については、地域社会で唯一、有効な支援主体であることが想定される親の会について検討を行った。２つの地域の親の会における調査、分析の結果をもとに、有効な支援が構築されている一方、それらの支援は親の連帯が余儀なくされる結果であることを示した。この分析結果は、『社会の変容と暮らしの再生』（室井研二・山下亜紀子編,2022年9月発行,学文社）において論文として発表した。（２）については、日本の障害児家族支援政策の特徴の分析の基礎資料とするため、ドイツにおける家族支援政策や家族支援実態の調査を行った。

This study aims to establish a framework for the development of regional social family support systems for children with disabilities. The research topics include: (1) clarifying the characteristics of the support policies for the families of the victims in the country;(2) clarifying the support status for the families of the victims in the region; and (3) clarifying the status of the QOL (Quality of Life) of the families of the victims. The analysis of the status quo of the project, the regional social family support system, and the specific content of the project are discussed. In fiscal 2022, we will conduct research on two aspects: (1) analysis of the support situation of the regional society for the development of the family of the disabled, and (2) international comparative study of the support policy for the family of the disabled.
