项目摘要

本研究「認知症の人の家族のための知識情報マッチングシステム構築」では，認知症の人の家族と，彼らが必要とする知識情報をマッチングするシステムを構築することを目的とする。研究課題は，（１）認知症の人の家族の認知症に関する知識情報ニーズの解明，（２）認知症に関する知識情報の内容分析指標の作成，（３）認知症に関する知識情報マッチングシステムの構築と評価である。研究課題（１）および（２）については、第1年度である2020年度および第2年度である2021年度において、質問紙調査を実施することによって認知症の人の家族の認知症に関する知識情報ニーズの解明を行うとともに、認知症に関する知識情報の内容分析指標を作成することで達成した。課題研究（３）については、第3年度である2022年度において、「認知症の人の家族の人のための知識情報マッチングシステム」を構築した。この知識情報マッチングシステムは，認知症の人の家族の知識情報ニーズと，認知症に関する本をマッチングするものである。認知症に関する適切な知識情報は，認知症に付随する現実の受け取り方や，認知症のとらえ方に働きかけ，ストレスを軽減することができると考えられる。認知症について書かれた本（実用書，専門書）および認知症を題材にした本（絵本，小説，体験記）の書誌データを取り込み、各書誌データに対して評価者による内容分析指標に沿った本の内容分析結果を共有できるように設計した。認知症の人の家族が，効果的・効率的に知識情報を得ることができるようなデザインの構築を目指したものの、コロナ禍による行動制限のため、当該システムを評価し、これをシステムにフィードバックすることができなかった。
