聴覚障害の親をもつきこえる子ども(Children of deaf adults；以下、CODA)の多くは，幼少期から親の通訳を担う経験を有することが知られる。きこえる親子の場合には、養育場面において親から子どもに対する一方向的な関係から親子相互性の関係へとダイナミックに変容していくが、CODAの親子では、子どもであるCODAは親を擁護する認識をもち、親はCODAに擁護される関係性にあり、支援の要請は急務であることが指摘される（中津・廣田,2022）。本研究では、CODAと親のための支援プログラムの開発を試み、親子が直面する課題とニーズに即応する支援指針策定を目的とする。これまで予備研究として、CODAと親の課題および支援ニーズを抽出し、昨年度はCODAと親のための支援プログラムを、当事者が研究プロセスに関与するinclusive research（Nind,M.2017）の手法を用いて開発した。支援プログラムの形式は、講師にピア（CODAと親の当事者）を据えた対面での当事者参加型としていたが、ポストコロナの時代に合わせ、本年度は試験的にオンラインでそれぞれ小規模に仮実施し、オリジナルのテストバッテリーを用いた効果測定も試みながら、実践研究の可能性を綿密に検討した。その結果、ピア講師養成講座（研究1）とCODAの支援プログラム（研究2）は、オンライン形式であっても本質を変更せず実施可能であり、親の支援プログラム（研究2）は情報保障運用上、対面形式が望ましいと結論し、正式な実施に向けて準備を整えた。本年度は同時に、日本特殊教育学会第60回大会学会企画シンポジウムにて、実践研究事例を報告し、他研究者との意見交換を行った。また、ヤングケアラーの側面からコーダを概観し、書籍に「ヤングケアラーの中のコーダ――きこえない親をもつきこえる子どもの通訳の役割」として分担執筆した。
