项目摘要

本研究の目的は，思春期・青年期の吃音者の社交不安障害と親・友達から実際に受けている支援と求める支援の実態を明らかにし，思春期・青年期吃音者の社交不安障害を和らげる「思春期・青年期の吃音者へのソーシャル・サポートモデル（案）」の提言を目指すことである．2021年度に実施した吃音をもつ青年期の研究参加者（大学生）のうち4名に2回目の面接を行った．大学生の研究参加者は大学のオンライン講義体験および2021年度にオンラインでのインタビュー経験があったため，オンラインでのインタビューを実施した．昨年度の内容分析（仮）結果を踏まえ，社交不安出現状況を時系列で質的に再分析した結果新たに，青年期の研究参加者（大学生）が抱く社交不安は，会話時の吃音の症状自体より，会話前から他者に見られる自分に意識が向くことによりますます緊張が高まり，吃音の症状の増強を感じていることが明らかになった．友達と「安心」できる関係であるかも社交不安の一つの要因になっていることが仮説として導き出された．大学生の結果を踏まえ，吃音者のソーシャル・サポートに関する質問紙（案）を作成した．2022年度は，本研究の成果の一部を日本吃音・流暢性障害学会第10回大会（2022年9月）で報告した．さらに，研究分担者を講師とした吃音の啓発を目的とした講演会も所属大学の地域向けの講座の1つとして企画しYouTubeで配信した．講座には約1500件の参加があった．

Today, the lecturer of the research team will give lectures on the regional orientation of the university, and the project will be distributed on YouTube. About 1500 participants attended the seminar.
