项目摘要

社交不安症（Social Anxiety Disorder；SAD）とは、対人場面において“恥ずかしい思いをするかもしれないという顕著で持続的な恐怖”を特徴とする。その有効な治療手段として、エクスポージャーやリラクセーションを含む認知行動療法（Cognitive Behavior Therapy；以下CBT）がある。しかしCBTが実施可能な施設や治療者は限られている。また欧米ではコンピューターを用いたCBT（Computer assisted CBT；以下CCBT）が活用されているが、日本では試験的な段階であり実用レベルのCCBTは存在しない。ただ欧米でのCCBTもプログラム内容と治療効果との因果関係は不明瞭である。またCCBTの治療効果の検証は心理面での評価が中心であり、行動指標ならびに生理指標を同時計測した研究は少ない。そこで本研究は、CBTの実施施設がない遠隔地でも実施可能で，SADに焦点を絞ったCBT用の治療プログラムを開発し、心理面だけでなく、行動指標ならびに生理指標を取り入れ、その効果を検証することを目的としている。これまでの研究では、対処方略が異なることが報告されている。私たちはこの報告をもとに、アクティブな対処を有するスピーチタスク中の自律神経系の働きを検討してきた。さらに2020年度から私たちはは社会不安傾向の高い大学生を対象として、スピーチタスク中の自律神経系への影響を検討することを計画していた。しかしながら、残念なことに、新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行により、所属大学での対面での実験を行うことが不可能となり、全ての実験を行うことがかなわなかった。特に本研究では感染可能性が高いと指摘されているスピーチ場面での自律神経系への影響を検討することを計画していたため実験を行うことができなかった。そのため2022年度は研究実績は報告するに値する事柄は全くない。
