项目摘要

本研究の目的の1つである臨床実習教育の実態と要望調査であるが、2021年に言語聴覚士養成校教員と臨床実習指導者へ臨床実習に関するアンケートを実施した。アンケートは臨床実習前の教育（養成校のみ）と臨床実習の方法と評価に関する内容であった。アンケートは日本言語聴覚士協会（ST協会）養成教育部のメーリングリストを使用し実施した。電子ファイルでの送受信を通じて情報を収集できた。回答回収率は80.6％と高く、臨床実習施設に関する情報、臨床実習指導者と養成校の関連性、臨床実習指導の方法と評価、臨床実習期間中の学生の状態把握や連絡方法などの情報を収集した。この結果は2021年7月に開催したST協会養成教育部主催の教育研修会で研究代表者が発表した。さらに2022年6月の言語聴覚学会でも発表した。また、2022年度にST協会で養成校教員へ2回、都道府県士会長へ1回「言語聴覚士カリキュラム検討委員会報告」として臨床実習教育を含む言語聴覚士のカリキュラムの万ドアとして報告した。臨床実習指導者のアンケートも同様の方法で実施し、2023年の言語聴覚学会で発表するため、演題登録し採択された。今後は学会誌に報告する予定である。本研究のもう一つの目的は諸外国の臨床実習教育の実態調査である。しかし、2021年から新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響で渡航することができなかった。諸外国の特徴ある臨床実習方法と評価法から知見を得たいと考えているので、2023年はニュージーランドで開催されるIALP（国際音声言語医学会）に参加し、ニュージーランドとオーストラリアを視察する予定で準備を進めている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status and prospects of clinical practice education in 2021.
