项目摘要

令和4年度の研究の目的は、教員の養成段階において「学び続ける教員」になるための基盤を身に付けるために、大学4年間を通してどのような資質・能力を身に付ける必要があるのかを質問紙調査から明らかにすることである。本研究では、「「学び続ける教員」になるための基盤として学生が大学卒業時までに教員として身に付けるべき資質能力に関する調査」（質問紙調査）を1次調査として実施した。調査対象者は、兵庫県下の教育委員会の指導主事（小・中学校籍）、近畿地区国立大学附属学校教員、全国教育大学及び近畿地区国私立大学教育学部教員、計約1000人を対象とした。調査時期は令和4年7月下旬に調査依頼をし、協力いただける教育機関に対し令和4年9月1日～9月30日にMicrosoft Formsからの記述回答を求めた。その結果、136件の記述回答が得られた。記述回答を分類した結果、（1）学び続ける姿勢と力、（2）児童・生徒の発達段階や多様性の理解と関わり方、（3）教科等の指導方法及び学習環境、(4)教科等の指導上の専門的知識・理解、(5)教科等の指導計画の立案と授業評価、(6)児童・生徒の学習活動における評価観点と評価方法、(7)学級の運営や経営、(8)学級・学年での生徒指導や教育相談、(9)キャリア教育を視野に入れた進路指導、(10)特別活動における企画・運営・指導、(11)特別な配慮や支援が必要な児童生徒への対応、(12)教育におけるICTや情報データの利活用、データリテラシー、(13)教員としてふさわしい言動・態度・意識・倫理、(14)教員同士や専門スタッフとの連携・協働や保護者・地域との関係づくり、(15)社会の変化に対する学校の役割と意義、(16)教員としての幅広い教養、(17)教育制度・法規及び職務の理解など、32項目の内容に集約された。
