项目摘要

本研究課題である「中華学校の社会化機能に関する研究」の目的は、①中華学校出身者の進路実態を把握し、②中華学校での教育経験が進路形成過程に与える影響を解明することである。今年度はこの中でも、特に、中華学校卒業生として中華学校の母校で教鞭をとる卒業生教員に着目し、インタビュー調査を行なった。関西にある一つの中華学校を対象とし、12名の卒業生教員及び2名の新華僑教員へインタビューを行い、日本の中華学校における華僑教育の継承のあり方についてまとめた。これまでの先行研究では対象とされてこなかった、卒業生教員のキャリアと中華学校における華僑教育の継承についてその関係を明らかにすることができた。この調査結果については、2022年11月に米国サンフランシスコで行われた世界華僑華人学会（International Society for the Study of Chinese Overseas）にて「"Alumni Teachers" in Chinese Schools: Their Roles in the Inheritance of Overseas Chinese Education in Japan」というタイトルで発表を行なった。国際学会での発表については、当初の研究計画に記載していたとおり実現することができた。今後は、国際学会での発表をもとに英語での学術論文を２本執筆する予定である。また、上記の国際学会での発表後、調査対象となった中華学校にて、調査結果についての報告と質疑応答を行う機会を得ることができた。

The purpose of this research topic is to understand the process of Chinese school-born students and the influence of Chinese school-born students on the process of educational development.
