令和4年度は、過去2年間（令和2年および3年）で作成した介入プログラムをもとに、ネットゲーム依用CRAFT（以下GN-CRAFT）の介入研究の実施を計画した。令和4年10月頃より、研究担当者の所属する医療機関でチラシを配ったり、ネットゲーム依存の困りの相談がありそうな近隣の市役所・子育て支援課、教育委員会、児童相談所、児童家庭支援センター、児童発達支援事業所、放課後等デイサービス、などを中心に周知し、募集をかけたが、研究に十分となる数の参加者は集まらなかった。原因を探るべく、参加希望はあるものの、参加することが難しい人や参加を迷っている人に直接理由を尋ねてみると、全日程の参加が難しい、日中の参加は難しい、コロナ感染が心配なので対面は避けたい、オンライン参加ならやってみたい、などの意見をいただいた。そこで、令和4年度は方針を変えて、オンラインでのプログラム内容の検証を試験的に行ってみることにした。令和5年1月中に改めてオンラインでのプログラムということで参加者を募ったところ、7名の子どもの家族が応募してくださった。そこで、全8回のプログラム（GN-CRAFT）を実施した。実施は令和5年2月から毎週水曜の19時半から21時までの約1時間半でプログラムを実施。Zoomオンライン形式で、PPTを用いた講義にグループワークを取り入れる形式で実施した。両親で参加する家族も2家族あった。第6回目と7回目は同日（祝日）の午前と午後に実施し、オンラインではなく対面のプログラムとして行った。その際に子どもの体調不良を理由に1家族がプログラムからドロップアウトした。最終的には6名の家族が修了した。今回の経験を参考に来年度の研究実施について、再度検討していきたいと考えている。
