项目摘要

本研究は，これからの時代を生きる教師を支えるためにどのような支援が必要なのかを明らかにすることを目的としている。研究１年目に実施した質問紙調査を基に，分析対象者とした33人（家庭と仕事の両立に関する調査項目は37人）の回答データ分析を進め、その際は教職経験年数により３区分し考察を深めてきた。また、卒業後のライフイベントによる多様なライフコースを生きる教員への聞き取り調査を行ってきた。令和４年度は，質問紙調査のうち「同僚や保護者との関係構築」に関する分析，「仕事と家庭の両立」に関する分析及び11人の教員からの聞き取り調査を行った。「同僚との関係作り」は，教師になって５年以内は教員としての業務を滞りなく進めるための関係作りが中心であり，その後，職場の構成員の一員としての関係作りを重視するようになっていた。また，「保護者との関係作り」については，教職経験が短いうちは，子供の良さを伝えることに注力し，その後，良い点も課題も情報共有して保護者と足並みをそろえるようになり、教職経験が11年以上になると，保護者の思いを大切にして寄り添うことを重視し関係構築しようとしていると整理できた。「家庭と仕事の両立」については，教職経験５年以内では、多忙な日々の中で，教職を続けていくことへの展望をもてず不安が芽生えており，先輩教員や同僚との関係性の維持に気を遣っている様子がうかがえた。教職６年以上の教員では、同僚や支援員との関係構築に向けて努力する様子と重点を置く内容の判断がなされていると推察された。教職11年以上の教員は、生活に合わせた制度活用と制度活用しても両立維持が難しいことが記述されていた。これらの分析結果は投稿しているが公開には至っていない。聞き取り調査については，11件の聞き取りを行い発話プロトコルを基に，各ライフストーリーを可視化して論文化する準備を進めているところである。
