项目摘要

みみよりに使用した課題は、「母のきらいな色は青色だ」のような20文字程度の日本語の短文であった。課題文を２文もしくは３文、タブレット上に提示し、その後、文の内容についてを問う問題を提示した。対象者は、問題文に対して○×をタップして解答した。１組の課題文に対して問題文は６問あり、文の提示方法は、文字（よむ課題）、音声（きく課題）、文字と音声との両方（よむきく）の３種類であった。文の提示方法は、課題文と問題文とで統一した。課題は、提示方法毎に16課題あり、従って質問は全部で96問であった。対象者は障害のない大学生30名および通級指導教室に通う発達障害のある小中学生23名であった。大学生の正答率の結果から、「みみより」は読む課題と聞く課題とに難易度の差がないことがわかった。発達障害のある対象者の結果には個人差が観察できた。「きく」の正答率が「よむ」の正答率より顕著に低かった対象者、「よむ」の正答率が「きく」の正答率より低く、反応時間から「よむ」課題に時間がかかっていた対象者、「よむ」と「きく」の正答率には大きな差はないが「よむきく」で正答率が高くなっていた対象者などがいることがわかった。「きく」課題における正答率が「よむ」課題の正答率より高く、加えて「よむ」課題の解答に時間がかかっていた対象者は、ディスレクシアが疑われる児童で、聞く課題の結果から、こうした児童には読み上げが効果であると考えられた。みみよりはタブレットを用いているため、対象者が自分で容易に実施でき、評価も簡単であることがわかった。また、対象者の文字の読みにかかる時間が測定できるため、ディスレクシアの児童生徒の非流暢な読みの特徴が評価できると考えられた。さらに、「みみより」は対象者の読む力と聞く力とを比較することができることから、音声による読み上げの有効性を評価できるツールであると考えられた。
