项目摘要

本研究では，キャンパスの心理的バリアフリー推進を目的とし，障害の社会モデルを切り口とする発達障害を問題提起教材に用いた新たな発見型学習プログラムの開発を目指している。当初の計画では，学習プログラムを対面形式のグループワークで構成し試行する予定であったが，新型コロナウィルス感染症拡大の影響により対面形式の授業が行えない状態が続いたため，計画変更を余儀なくされた。そこで，令和3年度はオンライン形式によるグループワークを試行した。その結果，用いるツールの使い勝手や，参加者の慣れといった影響はあるものの，オンライン形式でもグループワークが成立することを確認できた。ただし，対面形式とオンライン形式それぞれのワークショップにおける成果物を分析し比較した結果，アイデア出しにおけるアイデア数や，アイデアの網羅性，特異なアイデアの出現率において，いずれも対面形式の方がオンライン形式を上回る結果となった。当然の帰結として，オンライン形式における身体性の欠如をどのように補うかが課題であった。令和4年度は対面形式によるグループワークが実施可能な状況となり，当初計画していた発達障害を問題提起教材に用いた学習プログラムに着手した。本研究に先行して取り組んでいた障害平等研修をモデルとした学習プログラムに，参加者が発達障害における「障害」をどのように捉えるかを問うパートを付加し，実際に5クラス55グループにて実施した。現在，このワークショップにおける成果物を分析中であり，その結果を令和5年度に発表する計画である。この分析結果を踏まえ，オリジナルの発達障害をテーマとした問題提起教材を作成する。またようやく国内外への出張が許される状況となったことから，障害平等研修に関する調査も実施し，その成果をまとめたい。
