项目摘要

理論研究①先行研究の批判的検討／本研究が先行研究として取り上げるのは、障害の社会モデルと現象学的精神病理学である。本年度は前者について考察を深めた。本研究は精神障害の「障害」とはディスオーダーであると考える。社会モデル以前に社会学的アプローチ、さらに反精神医学と名指された理論と運動が存在した。それらは、精神障害をディスアビリティとして捉えない。他方、障害をインペアメントとディスアビリティとして段階的に把握する社会モデルは、障害を構造として捉える障害構造論と親和性がある。両者は軌を一にして精神障害者の社会への復帰を推進する。②「当事者」概念の整理と「当事者研究」方法の確立／上野千鶴子の「ニーズの引き受け」という「当事者」定義を参照して「精神障害当事者研究」に有効な独自の「当事者」定義を提示した。桜井厚のいう「対話的構築主義」を発展させて「当事者研究」の独創的な方法論を提起した。精神障害者は「精神の病いの経験」をともにもつと思える「他者」と出会い、語り聴き語り合うという営為を通して事後的に「精神の病いの経験」を共同構築し、自らの「生きづらさ」を引き受けて「当事者」になる。語り聴き語り合うという営為の一形態が「当事者研究」である。実証研究①聴き取り対象者および方法／本年度は延べ6件、実数で3人の精神障害者への聴き取りを実施した。聴き取りは「自明性の喪失」を語る者に絞り込み、かつわたしも「当事者」として語るという方向で進行させた。直近のものは一方向的なインタビューというよりはグループ･インタビューもしくは語り合いである。②わたしの「生きづらさ」を分かちもつ者／データ分析の結果、「自明性」グループと「非自明性」グループに分かれた。わたしの「生きづらさ」の核は「自明性の喪失」であり、「自明性を喪失」した限りは元には戻れないという人生の断絶でもある。それを共有できたのは一人であった。
