项目摘要

本研究では、多様な障害のある学生の受講上のアクセシビリティを支援するICT（AICT）を大学教育に実効的に導入するクラウド型アクセシビリティ支援システム（CASS:Cloud Accessibility Support System）を開発するとともに、個別の大学の規模やリソースに大きく影響を受けない、「誰でも」「いつでも」「どこでも」可能な合理的配慮のコモディティ化（汎化）を図ることを目的とする。本研究では、大学の授業や支援にCASSを導入し、大学教育における合理的配慮の自動化を①一部自動化②部分的自動化③完全自動化の3段階で段階的に進める実証実験を行い、CASS導入による合理的配慮のコモディティ傾向を定性的に評価するとともに、CASS導入を前提として大学教育をセルフコンシステントに焼き直す大学教育のAD（Accessible Design）の理論研究を行う。2022年度は、試行的にCASSを実際の授業支援で運用し、以下のことを行った。１）遠隔字幕支援における自動化レベル・コモディティ化レベルの検証：①支援者による要約音声入力②自動字幕＋誤認識修正③自動字幕のみの３段階の支援について、実証実験を行い、各自動化レベルの特性分析及びコモディティ化レベル（技術障壁、対負担効果）の分析を行った。２）現象論的アプローチに基づくアセスメントのコモディティ化分析：修学上の社会的障壁及び合理的配慮の選択肢に関するアセスメントについて、相関分析を行い、生成系AIの活用を含めてアセスメントプロセスの自動化・コモディティ化について検証を行った。上記のことにより、ICT・AIを活用したクラウド型遠隔支援による、合理的配慮の自動化・コモディティ化に資するデータの蓄積及び課題整理を行う事が出来た。また新たに生成系AIの活用についても検討を行う事が出来た。

This study aims to develop a Cloud Accessibility Support System (CASS) for the introduction of ICT (AICT) into university education, to influence the size of individual universities, and to make reasonable allocation of ICT (AICT). This study aims at introducing CASS into university teaching and supporting, automating rational allocation of CASS in university education, evaluating rational allocation of CASS in university teaching and supporting, evaluating rational allocation of CASS in university teaching and supporting, automating partially, automating completely, advancing in three stages, and implementing CASS in university teaching. CASS introduction premise and university education system development and development of AD (Accessible Design) theory In 2022, CASS was piloted and implemented to support teaching. 1) remote caption support automatic caption·test: ① Supporters provide voice input ② Automatic caption + error correction ③ Automatic caption 3-stage support, test implementation, analysis of characteristics of each automatic caption and test (technical barrier, burden effect) analysis. 2) Phenomenological analysis: barriers to learning and rational allocation and selection, correlation analysis, generation of AI utilization, including automation, phenomenological analysis and verification. As mentioned above, we have made full use of ICT and AI for remote support, automated and reasonable allocation, and accumulated data and sorted out issues. The new generation is AI and the new generation is AI.
