今年度の研究開始以降の課題廃止までに実施した業務は、経験学習を中心とした学習理論・教授法に関する分析と、研究フィールドに設定した医療機関の看護師教育に関するニーズ・アセスメント、である。1．経験学習を中心とした学習理論・教授法に関する分析経営分野のケースメソッドと教育工学分野でのゴール・ベース・シナリオについて、内外の論文・文献を収集し、教材・学習パターン・経験提示、リフレクションといった視点から比較分析をおこない、観察学習などの基礎理論との関係を考察した。また、反転学習について、そこで用いられている問題基盤型アプローチやディスカッション・アプローチなどの考え方や実装手法を分析した。2．看護師教育に関するニーズ・アセスメント学習技法・ツールなどの標準化のためのプロトタイプ開発フィールドに選んだ看護師教育において、経験による学習者（看護師）の成長プロセスを明らかにしたうえで、プロトタイプに埋め込む成長ストーリーを作成するために、東京都内の中規模民間病院と熊本県内の大規模民間病院の協力を得て、中堅看護師、その上位者である看護管理者、看護教育担当者に、インタビューを実施した。中堅看護師が「熟達者」に成長するには、日常業務の延長線にはない「修羅場」や新規プロジェクトといった経験が必要という、先行研究と共通する結果が得られたほか、看護師のマネジメント教育において、新人対象のプリセプター教育のような経験学習が不足している実態が明らかになった。計画においては、上記の学習理論・教授法に関する分析と看護師教育のニーズ・アセスメントを2020年度中に終了し、次の段階であるプロトタイプ学習の研修設計に着手する予定であったが、終了には至らず、論文執筆や学会発表などはおこなえていない。来年度もしばらくは看護現場での研究は困難なため研究課題を廃止するが、状況を見て計画を練り直そうと考えている。
