発達障害大学生のアルバイトスキル尺度の開発にむけ、専門家と概念整理を行い、WEB調査を実施した。概念整理では、大学や地域の発達障害者支援センターで発達障害者支援を専門とする4名の専門家に協力を依頼した。対象とするアルバイト職種・業種の整理を行い、100種のアルバイトを選定した。アルバイトスキルとしてコミュニケーション領域(30項目)、作業領域(39項目)、環境領域(35項目)、準備マネジメント領域(23項目)の4つを設定し、項目の作成と内容生成をおこなった。これらを用い、100の職種それぞれに、領域別にどのスキルが含まれるかを把握するため、2023年1月～3月にWEB調査会社を活用したアンケート調査を実施した。調査は、1回目に1000名を対象にしたスクリーニング調査を実施し、アルバイト経験の有無と大学・短期大学卒業の学歴を有する対象者750名を選定したした。2回目と3回目調査は750名を対象に、大学在籍時に最も長期経験したアルバイトと、その職種に必要とされるコミュニケーシション領域・作業領域・環境領域のスキルを選択してもらった。２回目では100のうち34職種に関する各領域で必要とされるスキルを同定し、３回目では21のスキルを同定し、合計55の職種に関し各領域における必要なスキルを振り分けることができた。また統計解析の結果、当初想定されていた各領域のスキルの中でもほぼすべての職種に共通して必要とされる基礎スキルが有することも明らかになった。
