本年度の研究実績は、第1に、ミュゼ・ソシアルにおける都市・農村衛生部会の建築家・造園家・測量士による建築・都市に関する事業を中心に史実を明らかにし、履歴・作品歴・事業暦をまとめたもので、こちらはほぼ完成の状態にある。この成果は、ミュゼ・ソシアルの機関紙、植民地・熱帯諸国都市計画国際会議の報告書、雑誌「ユルバニスム」に基づき、パリ国立美術学校に学んだ若き建築家たちが中心になり、ユルバニスムの萌芽期に国内のみならず、大陸をまたぎ、建築と都市の保全・整備に貢献した業績を示す基礎資料である。第2は国内事業を対象としたコルニュデ法に関する考察である。この主題はミュゼ・ソシアルの機関紙、アンリ・プロスト史料、内田文庫、1925年グルノーブル博の関連資料に基づき、1919年のフランス初の都市計画法の制定、1924年の改定に及ぶ、第一次大戦以前から検討が繰り返されてきたその内容の変遷を明らかにするもので、最終年度までの継続課題としている。第3はジャン＝クロード＝二コラ・フォレスティエ、アルフレッド・アガシュ、ジャック・グレベール、エルネスト・エブラールによる建築・都市に関わる事業の調査研究である。フォレスティエについてはパリと自身の著作、アガシュについてはキャンベラ（1912）とダンケルク（1913）、グレベールについてはガストン・カステルと協働したマルセイユ（1933）を主な考察の対象として文献調査を進めた。このなかで本年度注力したのは、エブラールが東方遠征軍考古学部門とともに、大火後のテッサロニキにおける新たな都市を描いた復興計画（1917）に関する考察と、その後で手掛けたアテネ（1921）の都市計画である。特に後者では、前世紀のレオ・フォン・クレンツェらドイツの建築家らによる都市計画を踏まえて、土地に複雑な地形を読み解きつつ、政治の中心地を提案したものであったことを明らかにした。
