项目摘要

本研究は、日本国内の都市を対象に社会的起業家精神が都市農業ビジネスを通じて、地域の課題を解決し、共有価値の創造を引き起こすメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的として研究を進めている。今年度に進めた研究内容は大きく２点に分けることができる。第１に、農業者（都市と農村）へのアンケート調査結果を分析し、日本の農村における共有価値の創造を通じた持続可能な農業開発におけるクリエイティブ・クラスの役割を明らかにした。具体的には、潜在クラス分析（Latent Class Analysis: LCA）を適用した結果、日本の農業者は４つのクラスに分けられ、クリエイティブ・クラスが一定程度存在することを示した。そして、構造方程式モデリング（Structural Equation Modeling: SEM）と認知マップ分析を適用し、これらのクリエイティブ・クラスは、起業家精神に富み、農業の多面的機能を高く評価し、持続可能性を重視した政策を選好し、共有価値の創造（CSV)を追求していることを明らかにした。また、農業における共有価値創造の理論モデル分析、社会起業家精神に対する質的分析、進化ゲーム理論を用いた共有価値創造への協力行動のモデル分析を進めた。第２に、屋上農園（東京都内）の運営実態に関する現地調査、革新的な都市農業（中国）の事例資料の収集・分析を進めた。また、混合研究法アプローチを用いて、日本と中国の都市農業のソーシャル・ビジネスを比較しつつ、都市農業におけるステークホルダーの組織学習を通じた認知革新と共有価値創造を創出するメカニズムを分析し、その成果を英文書籍として出版した。
