项目摘要

本研究の目的は、学校の持っている全校児童生徒の客観的なデータから確実に早期に支援の必要な子どもを発見でき、支援につなぐ決定ができる、スクリーニングシステム(AI)を開発し、すでに研究展開してきた効果的なスクールソーシャルワーク事業プログラムと連動させ、早期発見、支援、効果まで確認できる循環システムを構築することである。それをEBPプログラム(Evidence- Based Practice Programs)として評価統合データベースを構築する。本研究の目標を達成するために、研究班は、AI班、プログラムモデル班、エビデンス分析班と分担して進めている。AI班は学校現場において活用できる子どもの遅刻や未受診などの実態から確実に問題を発見し、スクリーニングできるシステムの構築・導入を開始したところである。プログラムモデル班は、スクリーニング協力自治体からデータの分析のほか、スクリーニング熟練者にスクリーニングの疑似データについてスクリーニングを実施してもらい、AIのデータとして蓄積している。また、SSW事業プログラムによって、支援が必要な子どもにスクリーニングからSSW実践効果まで確認できる循環システムを構築する。エビデンス分析班はSSW事業プログラムのランダム化比較実験（RCT：Randomized Controlled Trial）により制度を高める。本年度は、AI班はAIスクリーニングシステムの開発、情報セキュリティポリシィの策定、プログラムモデル班とエビデンス分析班は、スクリーニング熟練者から得られたスクリーニングデータの蓄積を行った。また、協力自治体、SSWからのヒアリングを通じて、SSW事業プログラムの開発を行った。
