项目摘要

令和２年度実施の高校生の進路選択へのアンケート調査の分析結果を踏まえて、令和４年度には、フォローアップのアンケート調査を実施した。そして、データの解析を進めるに当たってデータの電子化やクリーニングを実施した。あわせて、女性活躍推進の政策形成プロジェクトの一環としての医師キャリア経路の男女差の分析に継続的に取り組み、なかでも、臨床研修医の初職診療科選択の男女差、その後のキャリア経路（初職診療科の維持率、基本領域の専門医資格取得、サブスペシャリティ専門医資格取得など）の男女差を重点的に分析した。その内容は、日本経済学会の招待講演で報告し、東京労働経済学研究会やAsian and Australasian Society of Labour Economics年次学会においても報告した。さらに、北海道医師会でも報告し、医師キャリアサポート相談窓口の担当の方々と意見交換をするなど、研究課題の深化と展開に努めている。
