本研究は、国立教育政策研究所等が定点観測的に実施してきた「いじめ追跡調査」（1998年～2015年、2016年～2018年）の継承・発展を目的としたものであり、以下の①から③に示すような計画を立てていた。①これまでに蓄積されてきた調査データとの比較可能性を維持できるよう配慮しつつ、項目の追加や質問文の見直し等を行った「新たな調査票」を開発したうえで、従来と同一の調査地域・調査対象に対して同様の形で調査を行う。②この調査で得られた結果を従来の調査結果と比較しつつ，調査票の調整・修正等を行い、今後10年以上は通用する学術的に意義のある「新たな調査票」（日本語版）を完成させる。③この日本語版に基づいて，海外においてbullying researchのstandardとなる「調査票」（英語版・スウェーデン語版，等）を完成させる。コロナ禍の影響もあり，実際に実施したのは，以下の通りであり，上述の③に関しては,海外への訪問。海外からの招聘が困難であったため、未完成の状態である。2021年7月：2021年度第１回調査の実施（従来と同じ調査地点において，同様の調査を実施する。年に２回実施の第１回目）2021年８～11月：2021年度第１回調査データの分析と，調査票の再検討を実施する。2021年12月：2021年度第２回調査の実施（従来と同じ調査地点において，同様の調査を実施する。年に２回実施の第２回目）2022年１月～３月：2021年度第２回調査データの分析と，調査票の再検討を実施する。

This study is based on the implementation of the National Institute of Education Policy and other fixed-point surveys (1998 - 2015, 2016 - 2018) and the development of the following projects.
