本年度は、コロナ禍が続いていることもあり、研究代表者・分担者で隔週オンラインでミーティングを行いながら研究を進めた。本研究では、近年世界各国で実施されているライフコース疫学（出生コホート研究）において統計解析上の問題となる「経時曝露」・「経時アウトカム」および経時的に測定されている曝露とアウトカムが因果的に互いに影響し合う状況を研究対象としている。具体的な研究テーマとしては以下の3テーマを設定し、それぞれ論文レビューや数値実験、実データ適用を目指している。①経時的なリスク因子への曝露が測定されている場合②曝露と疾患状態が互いに影響しあって推移する場合③曝露状態の軌跡を推定しつつ結果に与える影響を評価する場合。①のテーマについては、方法論に関する論文のレビューを中心に方法論の整理を進め、1700人規模の出生コホート研究データを対象とし、アレルギー発症に関連する各種曝露（リスク因子）の経時測定状況の整理を行った。日本看護科学学会での口頭発表を実施した。②のテーマについては約10万人の妊婦・出生児を対象としたすっしょうコホート研究であるエコチル調査（子どもの健康と環境に関する全国調査）を対象データとしてデータの状況の整理を行い、アレルギー発症に影響する直接効果間接効果の推定を実施して論文を執筆を実施した。③のテーマについては論文のレビューに基づく方法論の整理を行い、総説論文の執筆を進めている。

This year, the research representative and the contributor are in the middle of the research. This study aims to investigate the problems of statistical analysis in recent years in the field of epidemiology (birth control research) in countries around the world, such as "time exposure" and "time loss". The specific research topic is the following three topics: setting, number, and application.
