项目摘要

本研究は、中世後期における南ドイツ地方の領邦間の政治的関係を分析し、それを通して当時の神聖ローマ帝国内の政治秩序についても考察を深めることを目標としている。これまで、14世紀末から16世紀初頭にかけてバイエルン公領が、主に相続をめぐり複数の公の間で発生した紛争に注目し、紛争解決のために周辺領邦がいかなる方策をとったか、また国王や教皇などの地域の枠組みを越えた権力がいかに介入していたか分析してきた。2021年度には、14世紀末から15世紀前半の複数事例について比較した考察をまとめ、論文として発表したほか、15世紀後半から16世紀初頭についての事例の調査と分析をすすめた。具体的には1503年のバイエルン－ランツフート公ゲオルクの死後発生したランツフート継承戦争と、15世紀後半についてはバイエルン公の間での紛争が少ないためバイエルン－ランツフート公ルートヴィヒと近隣のニュルンベルク城伯（ブランデンブルク辺境伯兼務）アルブレヒトの間の紛争を調査対象とした。15世紀後半までについては、周辺地域に同盟者が少なく、地域的な調停に期待できない陣営が王権の介入を要請するケースが多いが、ランツフート継承戦争の際には、必ずしも地域的政治の場で不利とはいえない陣営が王権と結びついているように見受けられる。この変化の背景について探り、15世紀後半から16世紀初頭の時期についても、紛争および紛争解決方法の分析を通して、南ドイツ地方の政治システムを解明するのが今後の課題となる。

This study analyzes the political relations between the southern and eastern states in the late Middle Ages and explores the political order within the sacred empire at that time. From the end of the 14th century to the beginning of the 16th century, there were many disputes between the public and the government. The disputes were solved by the government. The king and the pope were involved in the analysis of the region. In 2021, a number of cases were investigated and analyzed from the end of the 14th century to the first half of the 15th century. In the second half of the 15th century, the dispute between the two countries was investigated. In the second half of the 15th century, there were few allies in the region, and the mediation of the region was expected. The king's intervention was requested. The political field of the region was unfavorable. The background of this change is explored, and the analysis of disputes and dispute resolution methods from the second half of the 15th century to the beginning of the 16th century is discussed.
