项目摘要

昨年度は，①教員に対する訓練を実施していない高校における学校規模の抑うつ予防介入実施に伴った生徒と教員の変化の測定，②教員の生徒と適切に関わるスキル（教育相談スキル）を向上させる訓練法の開発を行った。その上で今年度は，昨年度より作成を行っていた教員に対する訓練法の実施マニュアルやワークシート，教材を完成させ，③教員に対する訓練法を実施し，教員の教育相談スキルの向上が生徒に対する学校規模の抑うつ予防プログラムの効果を高めるか検討する予定であった。しかし，新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の問題から，教員に対する集団形式での訓練法の実施が困難となった。加えて，研究計画では，教員に対する訓練法を実施した群としていない群における学校規模の抑うつ予防介入の効果を比較することで，教員の教育相談スキルの高さと学校規模の抑うつ予防介入の効果の関連性を間接的に検証する予定であったが，教員の教育相談スキルを測定し，その高さが学校規模の抑うつ予防介入の効果を変動させるか，直接的に検証する必要があると考えられた。そのため今年度は，教員の教育相談スキルと生徒に対する学校規模の抑うつ予防プログラムの効果との関連性を検討するための前段階として，教員の教育相談スキルを測定する尺度の作成を行った。欧米の研究において，教員の自己評定ではなく，生徒評定による教員の教育相談スキルの高さが生徒の抑うつの低さと関連することが示されている。しかし，日本において，生徒評定によって教師の教育相談スキルを包括的に測定できる信頼性と妥当性の示された尺度は作成されていない。そこで，欧米で開発された生徒の視点から教員の教育相談スキルを測定することのできるTeaching Behavior Questionnaireの日本語翻訳版を作成し，オンライン調査を通じて，翻訳版尺度の信頼性と妥当性，および高校生の抑うつとの関連性を検証した。
