项目摘要

今年度は，投稿論文の執筆や書籍の分担執筆と調査データの収集・分析を進めた。第一に、マス・コミュニケーション研究99号に「どのようなナショナリストがネット上で政治的情報発信をするのかーー行為の心理的誘因に着目して」が掲載された。分析の結果、確かに、インターネット上での政治的情報発信行動とナショナリズムについては関連があることがわかった。しかしながら、それらは条件付きであり、ナショナリズムの類型におけるもっともナショナリズムの強い人々であり、かつ正義感が伴った場合であることがわかった。第二に、辻大介編『ネット社会と民主主義ーー「分断」問題を調査データから検証する』有斐閣において、「『嫌韓嫌中』意識とTwitterでの発信行動ーー発信の有無と頻度の違いに着目して」を執筆した。この研究では、嫌韓嫌中意識は、Twitterでの発信の有無とは関連しないが、頻度と関連することが明らかになった。以上の2つの研究では、インターネットとナショナリズム・排外主義的態度の関係を計量的に検討したものである。第三に、ナショナル・アイデンティティの形成に関するサーベイ実験を行った。現在分析は終了し、投稿予定である。第四に、ナショナリズムの類型と経済的状況の関係の論文に関して、査読を受けた結果、問題点を指摘されたため、それを今年度は修正した。今年度中の投稿はできなかったが、現在ほぼ投稿可能な状態にあり、執筆を進めている状況である。
