项目摘要

報告者は昨年に引き続きユダヤの言語の学習活動に継続的に参加しながら、日本からも入手可能な資料について調査しました。今年度も新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響などで海外渡航ができなかったので、言語学習活動の参与観察をオンラインで進めました。オンラインでの参与観察を2年間続けて彼らと一緒にCOVID19を過ごしてみて、改めてわかったことがありました。その一つが本研究をさらに発展させるためにはより深い信頼関係の構築が必須だということです。そのためには報告者が、現地に何度も赴き、本研究や自身について丁寧に説明する必要があります。一緒に時間を過ごしながら、先方と対面形式でお話しすることが重要だという考えに至りました。それが実現する時に備えて、今年度はラディノ語に関連する資料を分析しました。さらに同じユダヤ人の言語でオンラインでも調査しやすいイディッシュ語について調査を進め、言語、文化、宗教についての理解を深めました。本研究の成果は、学会発表XXI Congreso de Estudios Sefardies（2022年7月）、共著（2023年出版予定）等で公開するので、その準備を進めています。
