项目摘要

本研究は高度外国人材の育成・教育・評価に資する枠組みとなる汎用的基準としての「ビジネス日本語フレームワーク（BJFW）」の構築を目的としている。BJFW構築にあたり，直観的手法を用い，既存の尺度であるCEFR 2018補遺版等からCan-do項目を抽出し,ビジネスタスクとして書き換えた。次いで，質的調査法として高度外国人材の就職支援等に携わる日本人専門家3名・高度外国人材2名を対象にアンケートを実施し，各項目の必要度・難易度を確認し，Can-do項目の表現について改善点等の助言を得た。調査結果をCan-do項目に反映し，各項目の精査・修正をし，Can-doを完成し,全項目数は，170項目（聞く11・読む13・書く18・話す17・やりとり20・会議/商談16・仲介活動49・仲介ストラテジー11・オンライン業務15）である。「聞く・読む・書く・話す」の59項目について日本国内外で勤務する高度外国人材237名を対象にCan-do項目の経験の有無と自己評価に関する量的調査を実施した。1）「聞く・読む・書く・話す」活動に関するCan-doを用い，高度外国人材を対象に各項目の経験の有無および自己評価に関するアンケート調査を実施した。2）結果を統計処理し，業務に関する経験の有無が自己評価に与える影響を明らかにした。次のことが明らかとなった。1）経験「あり」と回答した者の割合は，受容「聞く（79.3-96.2%）・読む（73.8-95.4%）」の方が産出「書く（43.9-92.0%）・話す（44.3-79.7%）」よりも比較的高かった。2）全項目について，経験ありと回答した者は，経験なしと回答した者よりも自己評価が高かった。３）比較的平均値が高い項目（M 4.0以上）は，一般的な業務に関するタスクであった。4）比較的平均値が低い項目（M 3.5以下）は，専門的な業務に関するタスクであった。
