项目摘要

2022年度は具体的には以下の作業を進めた.一部の作業は,この研究課題を基盤とした関連課題である,国際共同研究加速基金(国際共同研究強化(A))の作業と重複している.1.国際共同研究強化(A)の課題を円滑に遂行するため,データ収集先の一つとなる,日本国内でのコワーキングスペース(および同様の機能を持つスペース)や利用者に関する研究の進展や現状の把握に努めた.具体的には,国内で行われた研究(論文や学会報告要旨)などを,包括的かつ体系的に調査し,その内容を精査したのちに,約80本の論文や学会報告要旨を対象に,レビュー論文の執筆作業を進めた.まず,社会科学系の論文に注目し,レビュー結果をディスカッション・ペーパーとしてまとめた.また,建築学などの視点から当該現象に迫った研究については内容の把握に努め,レビュー論文の流れを確定させ,2023年度前半に公表する準備を終えた.2.2021年度中に2回実施した,利用者に対する質問票調査の結果をまとめた.これらの分析では,コワーキングスペースでの知識共有に影響を与えうる,スペースの物理的デザイン(に対する認知)やコミュニティを先行要因とし,ユーザー間での知識共有と個々のユーザーの創造性に及ぼす影響に注目した.現在,投稿に向けた最終的な作業(英文校正など)を進めている.3.コワーキングスペースの利用者が,スペース内での交流や共有を通じて,ビジネスモデルを確立していくプロセスを探求する作業で参照するため,ビジネスモデル変革を遂げた企業を対象とした,インタビュー調査や社内の会議録の調査を進め,ビジネスモデルやビジネスモデル(の創出や変革)に関する理解をさらに深めた.対象企業は,コワーキングとは直接関連しないが,ビジネスモデルの理解にとって示唆に富み,本研究課題にとっては重要な作業である.成果の一部は2023年6月に『組織科学』に掲載予定である.
