项目摘要

2022年10月よりリーン生産成熟度、インダストリー3.0、インダストリー4.0の成熟度調査票の項目の設計を開始した。12月末、調査項目について、九州高専　久池井教授と、ブラジル連邦ABC大学のウーゴ教授と合意した。2023年１月ドイツのDortmund工科大学のJoachim Metternich 教授とも合意した。しかし、当該大学での当面の他の課題が多く、学生を雇わないと進められないとの返事があった。２月末、日本の企業20社からの回答が収集できた。ブラジルからは30社からの回答を回収することが出来た。3月10日から28日までブラジルへ渡航し、18社の企業を訪れ議論することが出来た。これらの結果を2023年組織学会全国大会へ登録し、4月14日採択されたとの通知を受けた。発表予定内容は以下のポイントである。1）ブラジル、日本の企業とも90%以上の企業がリーン生産を実践している。ブラジル、日本企業の成熟度に大きな差はない。デジタル化の時代にあってもリーン生産方式の重要性は変わらないと認識されている。2)インダストリー3.0およびインダストリー4.0について、日本、ブラジル共に実施していると回答した企業が、それぞれ55%,40%と高い数字を示した。しかし、インダストリー3.0, 4.0ともその定義が広く必ずしも同じ理解を示しているとは言えない部分があることが訪問インタビューの結果理解された。3)インタビューした4人の幹部はインダストリー4.0実現のためにはリーン生産は必要かと聞いたところ、全員が必要と回答した。その理由として「標準」と答えた。標準はリーン生産で形成され、これがないとインダストリー4.0の実現は困難と答えた。4)ブラジルでインダストリー4.0を実施していると答えたすべての企業は、総合設備効率(OEE)の測定準備をしている。日本ではないアプローチで今後調査する。
