本研究は，行政組織におけるパフォーマンスマネジメント，ないしはパフォーマンス情報の効果的な活用のために求められる組織能力を明らかにすることを目的としている。本研究の遂行のためには，質問票調査ならびにインタビュー調査が必須となるが，Covid-19の感染拡大に伴って，予定していた調査が実施できない状況が続いていた。2021年度が研究最終年度であったが，研究期間をさらに延長し2023年度に調査を実施することとした。2021年度においては，有効な回答数を確保するための質問票調査実施方法について計画を行ったがCovid-19の感染拡大等により予定していた調査の結果を見送ることとなった。2022年度において調査の実施を予定していたが，いくつかの自治体に予備的なインタビューを実施したところ，十分な質問票の回収が望めないことが判明したため，2022年度についても見送ることとした。その一方で，本研究に関連した重要性の高いテーマであるネットワークガバナンスの議論についてレビューを行うとともに，効果的なネットワークガバナンスのために業績管理がどのような貢献を果たしうるのかについて検討を行った。その成果について，日本原価計算研究学会の統一論題にて報告した。以上のように，2022年度も研究の遅れを解消することはできなかったものの，多くの自治体へのオンラインインタビューを実施することで，質問調査票の原案を大幅に改善することができた。2023年度の調査実施に向けて，準備作業はおおむね完了しているため，2023年度夏頃を目途に質問票調査を実施し，論文執筆を進めることとする。

In the year 2023, we are going to pay a lot of money, and we are going to be prepared to pay for tickets in the summer of 2023, and we will do so in the summer of 2023.
