项目摘要

本研究の目的は、医療サービスの質にとって重要な影響を及ぼすと考えられる安全性に関わる組織文化（Safty Climete）の促進と、医療組織の持続可能性にとって重要な組織業績を両立させるための経営管理システムについて、診療チーム、医師個人に焦点を当てた新たな業績管理の枠組みを研究、開発することにある。本年度は、昨年度に続きCOVID-19の影響により協力予定病院における実証研究が実施できなかったため、WEBアンケート調査を利用し、病院に勤務する医師を対象としたアンケート調査を実施した。安全に関する管理レベルを高めることが、安全風土や安全意欲の向上につながるものの、必ずしも安全行動にはつながらないこと、安全行動につなげるためには、財務・非財務の業績管理においてコミュニケーション重視型の情報活用を行うことが重要であることが分析できていたが、本年度の調査では、医療安全に関わるレポーティングシステムの状況、ヒアリハットの件数、インシデントの回数等の変数を加えた調査・分析を行った。年度内の分析においては、安全風土と安全性との関係、非財務的な管理システムを強化することの有効性等が確認されており、2023年度に実施予定の個別病院の診療科を対象とする実証研究の仮説構築、調査項目の設計に使用した。本調査のみの結果に基づき2022年度内に論文として成果を出すには至らなかったが、2023年度中に実施予定の実証研究をふまえ論文としてまとめ投稿する予定である。
