项目摘要

大学教育において、各学問分野固有の知識・技能の育成と文脈によらず発揮しうる汎用的技能の育成との関係や教育方法が明らかにされつつある。しかしながら、専門職に必要な資質・能力の育成を担う学部ではその明確化が未だ不十分である。そこで、本研究では社会福祉系学部を対象として、汎用的技能のうちの批判的思考に焦点を当て、①社会福祉専門職に必要とされる資質・能力の中に批判的思考を位置づけること、②社会福祉学における批判的思考の教育目標を定め、育成・評価方法の開発を行うこと、③社会福祉学教育において批判的思考力を育成するためのテキスト教材を作成することを目的としている。上記のうち、本年度は①～③の課題に取り組んだ。まず、社会福祉士の資格を取得し10年以上勤務する5名のソーシャルワーカーへの聴き取り調査結果を分析し、学会発表を行った。社会福祉士の資格を取得し、3年未満勤務するソーシャルワーカーを対象とする調査を継続し、総合病院、特別養護老人施設、社会福祉協議会、児童福祉施設で勤務する4名への聴き取り調査を実施し、昨年度分も含む計5名の文字起こしデータの分析を行った。加えて、福祉実習教育を担当する5名の教員を対象とする聴き取り調査を実施するとともに、福祉実習教育を受けた3年生11名を対象とする聴き取り調査をグループ形式で実施した。聴き取った内容の文字起こしデータをもとに、実習教育の教育目標、実習教育を受けた学生の修得実感等を批判的思考の観点に基づき分析し、育成・評価方法の開発を進めている。さらに、収集した社会福祉系学部・学科のディプロマ・ポリシーについて、KHCoderを用いた計量テキスト分析を行い論文化した。文献調査としては、批判的思考、クリティカルリフレクション、省察的実践に関連する文献をもとに、テキスト作成に向けた概念整理を進めた。
