项目摘要

本研究は，医療現場において境界性パーソナリティ患者（以下BPD患者）を対象に「感情を予測する力と問題解決力のためのシステムズトレーニング（以下STEPPS）」を実施し，その効果を検証することを目的としていた。しかし，COVID-19の感染状況等を鑑みて，研究機関内に医療現場で実施をすることは困難であると判断した。そこで，境界性パーソナリティ傾向を有すると考えられる大学生に対象を変更して，ランダム化比較試験を用いてSTEPPSの有効性を検証することとした。2022年度は，青年におけるBPD症状の重症度を捉えるQuEST-Jを用いて，研究参加者をリクルートし，過去に大学生対象に行った調査における得点の中央値以上の者で，STEPPSの参加に同意した10名をランダムに介入群5名，待機群5名に割り付けた。その後，介入群に対して半年間にわたって，1回2時間，全20回のSTEPPSを実施した。実施にあたっては，UMIN-CTRに登録した（UMIN0000492605）。割り付け後は介入群，待機群とも，介入前（セッション開始時），介入中（12セッション終了時），介入後（20セッション終了時），治療終了から3か月後に，それぞれ評価を行った。主要評価項目はQuEST-J，副次評価項目は日本語版PANAS，人生に対する満足尺度（SWLS），感情調節尺度日本語版（ERQ-J），日本語版BIS/BAS尺度，日本語版Ten Item Personality Inventory（TIPI-J），日本語版感情制御困難性尺度，日本版Brief Core Schema Scale，本研究で翻訳したZAN-BPD日本語版およびMSI-BPD日本語版であった。なお，今後，待機群の希望する者に対して，STEPPSを実施する予定である。さらに，この間，精神療法（第48巻第6号）のパーソナリティ症と精神療法の特集に，STEPPSに関する紹介論文を寄稿した。

This study aims to investigate the effects of emotional prediction on patients (hereinafter referred to as BPD patients) It is difficult to judge the infection status of COVID-19 in the medical field of research institutions. This is the first time that a university student has ever had a chance to study the relationship between STEP and the environment. In 2022, the severity of BPD symptoms in young people was detected by QuEST-J, and the participants in the study were divided into three groups. In the past, those who obtained more than the central value in the survey of college students agreed to participate in STEPPS: 5 in the intervention group and 5 in the standby group. After that, the intervention group was divided into six months, one round and two times, and all 20 rounds of STEPPS were implemented. UMIN-CTR login (UMIN 0000492605). After the treatment, the intervention group, standby group, pre-intervention (at the beginning of the treatment), intervention (at the end of the treatment), post-intervention (at the end of the treatment), treatment end, and post-treatment evaluation were performed. The main evaluation item is QuEST-J, and the sub-evaluation item is PANAS Japanese version, SWLS Japanese version, ERQ-J Japanese version, BIS/BAS Japanese version, TIPI-J Japanese version, Brief Core Schema Japanese version, ZAN-BPD Japanese version, MSI-BPD Japanese version. In the future, STEPPS will be implemented according to the wishes of the standby group. In this paper, a special collection of psychotherapy and psychotherapy (No. 48) is submitted.
