1．利用者並びに潜在的利用者に対するアンケート調査：タクシー利用者を対象に，事前予約の可能性や，事前に予約した場合に受け取りたい割引額，相乗りの意向等に関するアンケートを実施した．アンケートはタクシー会社にご協力頂き，車内配布・郵送回収で実施した．また，タクシーの潜在的利用者を対象に，GPSデータを用いた利用実態分析で明らかになったトリップ目的地＜病院，駅，スーパー等＞において，利用交通手段，相乗りを含めたタクシーに対する支払い意志額を，インタビュー形式で聞き取り調査をじっした．2．相乗りを含むタクシー需要の推計：アンケート調査をもとに，トリップ目的別に，個人属性や他の交通機関とのサービスレベルの差を変数とする交通機関選択モデルを構築した．このモデルにマイクロシミュレーション手法を適用し，相乗りを含む新たなタクシー需要を推計した．3．タクシー運行効率化施策の評価：タクシーの運行効率化施策としては，①事前予約システムを導入た場合の，総輸送人員，総輸送コスト，運賃，事業所並びにドライバーの収入増加額等を評価基準として，各施策の組合せを評価した．4．成果の中間取りまとめ
