本研究の目的は臨地実習指導教育の一端を担う実習指導者の理論と実践をつなぐリフレクションを継続的に可能にする教育プログラムを開発することである．2022年の結果から，実習指導者がうまくいかないと感じる場面では，実習指導者は学生の考えを承認したり，学生への問いかけをするより，自分の考えを伝えたり，助言をしてしまう傾向があることがわかった．またU理論による意識のレベルからは，自分の見方から学生や状況をみており，学生の立場への転換ができていないという特徴のあることがわかった．このような課題に対し，ALACTモデルに基づいた新たなシートを開発した．このシートは現状で一般的に使用されるプロセスレコードと異なり，学生の言動から学生の感じていたこと，考えていたことを考えることができる．そのため，このシートの使用により，プロセスレコードだけでは気づけなかった学生の視点からの見方に，必然的に気づけることがわかった．このシートは，これまで3回試行を試みている．そして，その都度実習指導者とその指導者を教育している教育委員からの意見をアンケートによって集約した．アンケートには，ワークによる気づきや学び，プロセスレコードでは気づけなかったことを記載してもらうように質問項目を設けた．さらに，アンケート結果に基づき，今年度は，改訂したシートを用いて初めて研修を実施した．これまでは，場面の気づきからさらにどのように対処したかも同一のシートに記載するようにしたため，シートがやや複雑であった．学生の立場に立って場面を振り返ることができるようシートを変更したところ，自身の立場だけでなく，学生の立場との往還が必然的に可能となっていた．
