本研究は、クリティカルケア看護師の倫理的実践能力向上や倫理的実践を導く手がかりにするために、クリティカルケア看護のスペシャリストである急性・重症患者看護専門看護師（CCNS)の倫理的実践知を明らかにし、体系化することを目的としている。研究実施計画は、第一段階としてグループインタビューによるデータ分析、第二段階として第一段階の分析結果を基に、参加者によるロジカルブレーンストーミング（論理的発想法）によるグループ討論の実施と、討論した内容の質的分析である。第三段階として、その結果を基に、倫理的実践知の体系化である。本年度は、CCNS7名のグループインタビューをオンラインで実施した。詳細な倫理的実践についてのデータを得るために、インタビューは3名と4名のグループに分けて行った。現在、質的データ分析に取り組んでいる。途中経過ではあるが、令和2年度に実施したCCNS4名を対象としたグループインタビューの分析結果を学会で発表するために取り組んだ。本研究における計画実施の進捗としては、CCNS11名（研究計画書では10名を予定）のグループインタビューが終了し、データ分析まで実施した。しかし、研究実施計画である第一段階を終えたところであり、本年度は本研究課題の成果までに至らなかったため、さらに研究期間を1年間延長とした。

The purpose of this study is to clarify and systematize the ethical practice knowledge of acute and critical care nurses (CCNS). The first stage of the study was conducted on the basis of data analysis, the second stage on the basis of results of the first stage, and the participants 'discussion on the implementation and qualitative analysis of the study. The third stage is the systematization of ethical practice. This year, CCNS7 members of the group were selected to participate in the competition. Detailed ethical practices include the following: 3 names and 4 names Now, the quality of the data analysis is selected from the group. In the process, the CCNS was implemented in two years, and the results of the analysis were reported. 11 CCNS members (10 members specified in the study proposal) were selected to complete the study. The first stage of the research implementation plan was completed, and the results of this research project were extended for one year.
